My passion is to help people. My legal career began in New York working at a General Practice where my primary responsibilities were helping people with family matters such as divorce, parenting plans, and child support. My other responsibilities included working on personal injury cases, real estate closings, small claims matters and anything else the Partners needed me to do. Early in my career I learned how to do whatever it took to help my clients.
Over the years I have worked for small firms, large firms, ran a not for profit counseling center and have had my own law practices in New Jersey, New York and Florida. I have done a number of speaking engagements and was a Professor at FAU for a few semesters. All of my experiences have helped me to learn about people, human nature and many different areas of the law.
I love a good challenge. I like to win. My approach is to think outside the box and find ways to assert my clients positions to help them achieve their goals.
I understand that legal matters are often stressful for people. I do my best to simplify the process. I do not sugar coat things, I tell my clients the good, the bad and the ugly. I believe in giving my clients full disclosure and encouraging them to make their own choices. I understand that people have different schedules and commitments, that is why I have unconventional hours and am willing to meet at my clients homes or other convenient locations at mutually agreeable times including nights and weekends.
